Yes, Arthur runs pretty smoothly when using a mobile hotspot. It is a very good alternative when the Wi-Fi connection is restricted. It does not use up a lot of mobile data (comparable to a video conference).
How to connect to mobile hotspot:
To turn on the mobile hotspot on your phone, you can usually do it in the "settings" of your phone. You will first need to turn on your mobile data before being able to turn on the mobile hotspot. You can refer to the below screenshots:
1. For iPhone

2. For Android:

Once you have turned on your personal hotspot, your phone will create a new Wi-Fi network that other devices, including your VR headset, can connect to. The Wi-Fi name and password are usually available on the same screen where you turn on the personal hotspot.
Connecting to your mobile hotspot in the VR headset:
Put on your VR headset. Once you are in the main menu of the headset, go to “Settings” -> “Wi-Fi” -> Choose your mobile hotspot and enter the Wi-Fi password.
You are now connected to your mobile hotspot.
