Oculus for Business
When updating Arthur on an Oculus for Business Headset, please conduct the following steps:
- Connect your Headset to your WiFi network
- Look for the Arthur app symbol in your App library
- After clicking on Arthur, you will be asked to install the update, please confirm this
- After confirming that you want to install the update, the app icon will disappear; this is the normal behavior
- Please wait a few minutes while the headset is connected to power and WiFi and the app will update fully automatically
Note: Please give it a few minutes to update to the latest version, the time can vary depending on the internet speed of your WiFi network
If you do not find the app icon, but Arthur was installed before, please wait a few minutes while keeping the headset connected to WiFi and power and the app will update automatically.
Consumer
When updating Arthur on an Oculus for a Business Headset, please conduct the following steps:
- Connect your Headset to your WiFi network
- Look for the Arthur app symbol in your App library
- After clicking on Arthur, you will be asked to install the update, please confirm this
The update will now take place and you will see the progress in the app icon
Note: Sometimes it can happen that you open the Arthur app without triggering the update. You will then not be able to login. Please close the Arthur app and open it again, this will trigger the update prompt.
