This article is only relevant for Arthur Consumer edition users. For Arthur Professional users, reach out to your Arthur contact person who will set up accounts and avatars for you.
Creating an Arthur account and avatar in the Arthur Consumer edition is a very straightforward process. Just follow the steps below:
1. Register: Go to the Arthur Portal to register. Insert your information and accept the License Agreement and Terms of Services. Click Create Account.
2. Create your personal avatar: Click Upload Image and upload a high-resolution photo that satisfies the requirements in order to get the best-looking avatar possible. Once the picture has been uploaded, click Generate Avatar.
3: Setting up your Team: Pick a name for your team, invite your team members and click Invite Users & Start Team.
Choose whether one office room is enough for now (no upgrade), or if you would like to add two additional office rooms (add room upgrade subscription). Click on Continue.
4. Choose the outfit and confirm: Choose the outfit and color that you'd like to have in Arthur. Click on Update Avatar to continue or Retry if you want to change your avatar.
Congratulations! Your account has been created, your team is set up and your avatar is ready. You can now go into VR to install Arthur from the Oculus Store and enter your virtual office.
