Project Board lets you create and prioritize different tasks with due dates and assign it to a particular team member. Hence a useful tool to regularly keep track of shared tasks in your Arthur meetings.
To spawn a project board:
- Open the Main menu
- Click on the "Project Board"
- Select a name for your project board
Once done, you can start adding tasks to your Project Board: - By clicking on the
button on top left, one can add a new task to the task board. This task will then be added to the Open section of the board.
- Use the Grab button to move a task from one status column to another.
- If you hover over a particular task, the button to edit the description of any particular task will be visible. Up to 60 characters can be added to the description of a task.
- Simultaneously, the option to add a due date for a task will also appear.
- Clicking on the encircled image area present on top left of each task will enable you to assign the task to any member in your team/organization.
You can use theon the top right of the project board to export it as an image or as a CSV file. You can send the files to your Arthur drive, save it to your device, or Email it to any address.
