When you can’t see your controllers in VR, there are several possible reasons and solutions:
- Try pressing the 'Home' button for your respective headsets to wake up your controllers - for instance "O button" for Meta Quest headsets, "V button" for HTC VIVE etc
- The battery is empty and needs to be exchanged. In the Home menu, you can see the battery level of your controllers. If they are empty, exchange for new AA batteries.
- If the battery is not empty, try removing the battery from the controller and put it back in.
