1. The most convenient way is to turn your left controller slightly around and you will see a digital watch on your virtual wrist, similar to how you check an actual watch in real life.
- The number on the top is your local time
- The number at the bottom is the duration of your presence in the room
2. Another way is to look at the Room Info Display that shows the time and the list of users present in the room.
