The “Room Templates” feature allows Arthur users to create new meeting rooms from templates that aren't empty but pre-filled with content for certain meeting types.
Our top room templates that cater to different use cases will be available to choose from - you can find an overview here.

1. How to create a room starting from a template in VR:
1. Open Main Menu by clicking on the menu button on your controller.
2. Click on → Room Overview with the Trigger button and you will see the available rooms.
3. Click on → Create Room on the right side in the middle.
4. From the options select “Start from Template”.
5. Choose from a list of pre-saved templates offered by Arthur.
6. Give your room a name and click on “Create Room” to proceed to the room.
2. How to create a room starting from a template on the Arthur Portal:
- Log in to the Arthur Portal with your credentials
- Click on "Rooms" tab on the top left of the page
- Follow the same steps as above
