Managing people inside a shared virtual environment can quickly become chaotic without the right tools. That’s where the “gather” feature comes in. It gives admins a simple, powerful way to bring users together, whether for presentations, discussions, or moving between rooms.
1.1 - Gather using Main Menu
In VR you can simply gather everyone towards you by clicking on the "Gather all users" button inside the "Users" tab
Once clicked, a 5 second count down begins - other users are informed and have the option to cancel if they don't wish to be moved

Gathering users can also be done via the AI Assistant using a simple command like:

Users can also be moved to another room altogether - by clicking on the "Move Everybody" button inside the room overview menu
