The AI assistant is one of Arthur's key features, powered by world class AI models such as GPT-4o, Open AI o1, Claude and Llama 3.2, the AI assistant works with you side by side as your digital co-worker equipped with the many powerful capabilities such as:
- Learn and contextualize information
- Explain content
- Summarize conversations
- Suggest next steps
- Process and analyze files and large data sets
1. How can I spawn and interact with the AI assistant?
Spawning the AI Assistant: Open the Main Menu, by clicking on the menu button.
- Then spawn the assistant by clicking on the "AI Assistant" button inside the "Place in Room" menu.
Please note: Only 3 assistants can be spawned at one time. - Interacting with the AI assistant: Click on the Microphone button to start instructing the AI assistant to perform various tasks
Users can also switch to "Text mode" to manually type out the instructions.
Languages supported: English, German, French, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Turkish
2. How can the AI assistant support me in my meetings?
The AI assistant is capable of performing a variety of tasks at the behest of the user, such as:
- Spawn items: Spawn and manage various items such as pinboards, whiteboards, project boards, labels, and notes.
"Hey Arthur, spawn 2 pinboards and whiteboard in the room for me" - Documents and Images: Upload documents and images in a room and once placed they can be sent to AI for comparisons and summary as per user requirement. For images, users can compare and can also return information from the internet about them.
"Hey Arthur, summarize the Financial report for me and place the results on a pinboard" - Gather users: Gather user(s) to a teleportation zone set inside the environment or teleport oneself to a zone via the AI assistant
"Hey Arthur, teleport everyone to the auditorium"
3. How do I spawn and use "Realtime Notes"?
Spawning the Realtime Notes: Open the Main menu, and click on "Realtime Notes" inside the AI Assistant menu
AI spawns a note taking zone marked by green circle, users inside the this zone are recorded and AI then, processes and adds real-time insights and assisted notes onto the pinboard
4. What is "Arthur Recall" and how do I enable it?
The "Arthur Recall" button can be toggled on, inside the Main menu at any time. Once enabled, the AI assistant is able to to listen, remember, contextualize conversations and also create transcripts.
After every session each user in the session will receive a meeting summary email providing details of session, including participants, actions items and key takeaways.
5. What are "Intelligent Workflows" and how can I set them up?
Intelligent workflows are processes designed to streamline and enhance meeting productivity by guiding teams through specific agendas. These workflows utilize digital co-workers to facilitate discussions, ensuring the meetings are efficient and outcomes are optimized.
1. Alignment: The Alignment Flow is designed to streamline collaboration by guiding participants through a structured process to achieve consensus. With outputs like the "Alignment" or "Cluster" view, teams can easily visualize shared priorities or grouped insights, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
2. Brainstorming: The Brainstorming Flow fuels creativity and innovation by encouraging diverse input through open-ended questions. Outputs are organized into clusters, making it simple to explore ideas and uncover new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
3. Prioritization: The Prioritization Flow helps teams focus on what matters. By ranking key topics based on impact, urgency, and effort, it generates an intuitive "Matrix" view that enables data-driven decision-making and ensures resources are directed toward the highest-value initiatives.
